As a paid political mercenary, Kash Patel has spent much of the last four years spreading conspiracy theories and attacking Donald Trump's political enemies. That has included a sustained negative campaign to pressure Members of Congress to bend to his extreme agenda. In 2022, Patel attacked Mitch McConnell and 16 other GOP senators for supporting the Omnibus spending bill which funded the government, military and foreign aid, equating them with the "Government Gangsters" he refers to in his book by the same name. He even produced a video showing him using a chain saw on Members of Congress. These attacks on members of the legislative branch demonstrate that Patel is willing to do anything to vanquish his enemies. It shows that Patel shows a dangerous lack of temperament to run the FBI. His behavior reveals that his intense political views will cloud his judgement and turn his attention away from fighting terrorism and protecting the people.
Thirteen of Patel’s Senate targets remain in office, with many of them on the committees most likely to uncover more details about Patel’s enemies list agenda. The 13 are: Boozman, Capito, Collins, Cotton, Graham, McConnell, Moran, Murkowski, Rounds, Thune, Wicker, and Young.
“We have a lot of these people that are actually up for re-election in two years in the Senate. Some of them, I think you're going to see you get retired. Right. And the others we got to put up strong candidates against. And that includes Mitch McConnell. [...] One of my biggest pet peeves is the defense industrial complex. Why do you think this package passed 750 trillion or whatever was billion? Because the defense industrial complex owns Washington, DC. They own the Mitch McConnells of the world. When we go to war, they make money when they need government gangster stay in power. So these seventeen Republicans that voted for that look at their ties to lobbyists, to the defense industrial complex.” [In the Litterbox with Catturd, 1/17/23]
“America, when it's able, when it's able, should always look to help other people overseas. But we're not able to do that right now because we can't help ourselves. And that's my problem with Mitch McConnell and company lighting our taxpayer dollars on fire when he goes, the most important thing in the next spending bill is sending aid to the Ukraine.” [NinosCorner & Kash Patel - "The Spies Within”, 1/4/23]
“Thanks Mitch for taking a flame thrower to our tax dollars… for the last 20 years” [Truth Social, Dec 23, 2022]
