Syrian Refugee Advocate who traveled with Gabbard to Syria questions her trustworthiness

Gabbard's nomination is in trouble at least in part due to her backing of former dictator Bashar al-Assad and his use of WMD on his own Syrian people. The executive director of the Syrian Emergency Task Force, a refugee support group, says Gabbard's extreme views would scare off allies, who doubt her loyalties and degrade intelligence sharing. He said, “If Tulsi Gabbard is running our intelligence services, France, UK, Australia… if I was them, I wouldn’t share intelligence with us,” he said.
